CHECKLIST FOR SITE SETTING-OUT & LAYOUT (LIGHTNING PROTECTION)

  1. Ensure that the approved and new   materials have been used.                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  2. Verify the installations are as per approved shop drawings / Details                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  3. As-built marked on the drawing (Red Mark). If required.                                                                                                                                                                                                
  4. Ensure the Dynasphere is fixed well.                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  5. Ensure the Upper Termination Kit inside the FRP Support.                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  6. Check the Down Conductor.                                                                                                                                                                                                      
  7. Check the Inline support.                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  8. Check the Lightning Arrester’s support.                                                                                                                                                                                                
  9. Ensure the Lightning Protection cable is passing through the Lightning Event Counter.                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  10. Check the termination in Equipotential Bus Bar.                                                                                                                                                                                                
  11. Verify the tagging.                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  12. Check the resistance                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  13. Attach certificate of installation and equipment is in accordance with the requirements shall be given by manufacturer.
