structural/civil engineer.

Dimension of point of openings of elevator door are in
accordance with plans and approved submittals.

Machine room (if separate) is provided with Fire fighting
(FM 200 preferable), sufficient number of moist & dust proof lighting
fixture, fire detection, and required a/c.
·
Power supply requirement for the elevator is available,
sufficient and connected to the emergency system.
·
Adequate and required cable tray from source of power to
elevator control panel and motor is in place.
·
Mounting pad with approved dimensions is in place for the
control panel and motor.
·
Physical condition of the car; without scratches,
deformations or any form of damage.
·
Brand, model, make, and capacity are in accordance with the
approved drawings and submittal.
·
Internal control of
elevator car is in accordance with the approved submittal and
requirement.
·
Physical condition of
the motor is acceptable. No scratch, deformation, sign of external force
impact, etc.
·
The control panel
enclosure is without deformation, scratches or any sign of damage.
·
Free from rust and any
sign of damage.
·
Dimension of railings,
size of support cables, size and make of the ancillaries (i.e. brackets, bolts,
counter-weights, etc.) comply with the approved drawing and material
submittals.
·
Number, size and type of
insulation of the cables connecting from motor to control panel, control panel
to power source are in accordance with the design and have undergone / passed
the insulation and continuity test.
·
Motor and control panel
are securely fastened at mounting pad.
·
Car supports and wench
and appropriately mounted and supported accordingly with the approved drawings
and manufacturer's recommendation.
·
Control panel with
sufficient number of provisions (dry contact) for fire alarm, bms, home
automation, etc.
·
Power and control cables
are properly supported to prevent mechanical strain on the termination
point.
·
Power and control cables
are properly fashioned and tightly terminated in termination points.
