7. Fixing of glands for incoming & out-going power cables is properly done?                                                                                                                                                                                                              
8. Gland earthing is done properly?                                                                                                                                                                                                             
9. Incoming & Out-going cable lug crimping has been done?                                                                                                                                                                                                            
10. Incoming & Out-going cable termination has been done properly?                                                                                                                                                                                                           
11. Neutral & earth cables are connected to relevant links?                                                                                                                                                                                                 
12. Cables are tagged as per approved Single Line Drawing?                                                                                                                                                                                                
13. As-built schematic (SLD) is enclosed?
