CHECKLIST FOR BMS MATERIAL INSPECTION

  1. Check the delivery note is attached along with the inspection request                                                                                                                                                                                                      
  2. Check if the DDC Panel schematic diagram duly signed and stamped by the manufacturer as per the approved material submittal has been attached                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  3. Visual Inspection for any physical damage, uninstalled accessories, (Ensure Auxiliary power point is available in each panel) corrosion, stand/supports depending upon the panel location or any other defect                                                                                                                                                                                                             
  4. Copies of Factory Test reports/certificates should be submitted by the manufacturer/system specialist at the time of inspection.                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  5. Confirm the Quantity of DDC Panels is as per the project requirement.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  6. Check the Material storage is in the correct and suitable dry place.
